      I think I've got a leg length discrepancy

      That's basically what I do. No ego, but I've got a rather large discrepancy, and squat 6 plates no problem, so I doubt it is going to hinder your performance, or if it does it's likely going to be waaaaaay down the road when you are squatting 800 and these tiny details matter.

      stand up straight with your legs about shoulder width apart. if you have a serious difference you should be able to see it or you could just put your palm flat on your leg and see how far you can reach down each leg without bending your legs. I am able to reach quite a bit lower to the shorter side

      full spinal adjustments are 30 bucks at my gym so yes. look up if your insurance will cover it though because a private practice can be a bit pricey.

      to the sides. one arm above your head and the other on the side of your leg
