      Appreciate anyone willing to explain the lean gains IF to me.

      In b4 use search function

      Can someone please explain IF to me, from what I have gathered is that I do not eat untill 2pm, then I have untill 10pm to get in my daily caloric needs?

      Does training time matter? whether I train first thing in the morning or in the evening? What is the best way to go about this?

      Fast for 16 hours, eat within an 8 hour window.

      Thanks a lot for the reply, Is it better to train in the morning while fasted, or does it not matter if I train in the evening after I have eaten at 2pm?

      I honestly am getting kind of tired of hearing about IF. I mean sh!t I feel into the trend and tried it for a day and quit hahaha. Just eat man. Hit your macros and be done with it.

      Totally understand man, my only question is how are people doing IF and getting shredded? Guys say they got insane results from it so I was thinking about trying it out to see what the results are like, Im around 12% right now and I would really love to get to 8%

      IF does not "get you shredded". It simply helps some folks with satiety, palatability, energy and focus. For others, it has a negative impact on those same factors.

      What matters is daily energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency.
