Appreciate anyone willing to explain the lean gains IF to me. In b4 use search function Can someone please explain IF to me, from what I have gathered is that I do not eat untill 2pm, then I have untill 10pm to get in my daily caloric needs? Does training time matter? whether I train first thing in the morning or in the evening? What is the best way to go about this? Thank you to anyone who reads and replies

IF Lean Gains help please (reps) IF does not "get you shredded". It simply helps some folks with satiety, palatability, energy and focus. For others, it has a negative impact on those same factors. What matters is daily energy balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency.
