im scrawny. i mean scrawny. im 5'11 and 135 pounds. my bmi is about 3%. i am not just a pile of bones, but im not far from it. i can only bench press about 150. ive been eating so much and working so hard, but i never seem to gain. not when i go a month with 0 activity, not with a month of mild work outs, and not with a month of physically exhausting labor. it is genetic to be like this, both of my grandpas were bone skinny before 18. how can i fight it?

i have nice abs , but my wrist are like twigs. i hate the way i look, and i hate being weak.

*ive had a month 0f 3500-4000 calories a day. gained nothing

Count your calories right then you'll gain. What do you do besides lifting? Do you run, swim?

Drink as many gallons of milk in a week as your budget allows. Don't"eat everything" ^he is right, count. You'd be surprised that alot of times you aren't getting as many as you think. Also eat a 2-3 inch thick pb&j with milk(serious) that's about 1000 calories.

I ran for a month, but I was still skinny before that. I lost 3 pounds, gained the 3 pounds back, and then came to a stand still.

I measured it down to the cup. i filled up giant theme park glasses full of milk, chugged it, and did it once more. i would eat a spoon of peanut butter after each pushup set. I ate king sized plates of dinner, heavy enough to make the plate feel stressed.

Its probably a combination of your high metabolic rate and you counting calories wrong. Never over estimate calories in foods when bulking. Under estimating is ok.

No excuses.... You are not counting right. You eat 500+ surplus you will gain weight. also i would be surprised if you could bench 150.... at 135lbs...
