1.Monday:Chest & Triceps 2.Tuesday:Back & Biceps OR 1.M:Chest 2.T:Back 3.W:Biceps & Triceps? Or is it just personal preference?
Is it better to do..? HURR DURR I ONLY DO CHEST AND BECEPS EVERY DAY DERP HURR (seriously though, stop that) I only asked a simple question, no need to assume that those are only exercises I do, I train my entire body.
Is it better to do..? You clearly dont though do you...? Why not lift legs into your split also? inb4 you run and cycle or play sports, so you don't need to train your legs.
Is it better to do..? Why were they not listed in your split then. If they were they would help us determine where to what bodyparts on what days. Cause you wouldn't want to train back then legs the day after would you?
