      I just gotta give you my full routine -.-
      M:chest
      T:back
      W:shoulders
      Th:Legs
      Fri:-rest-
      Sat:tri/bic
      Sun:-rest-

      you should be doing more frequency IMO. I've been training 2 years now, started doing lyle mcdonalds upper/lower split (hit everybody part 2x per week, while only working out 4 days) a month ago. This program rocks! much better than your bro split.

      Up to you though
