Hey guys, I do a workout that consists of the following: Pushups 5 sets of 5-10 reps Dumbell Arm Row 3 sets of 7-10 reps Lateral Side Raises 3-4 sets of 7-10 reps Front Raises 3-4 sets of 7-10 reps Concentration Curls 3 sets of 7-10 reps Hammer Curls 3 sets of 7-10 reps I would do these full workouts 3 days a week. My question is that if I do these workouts twice a week, then will this affect my muscle mass? Will a one day subtraction cause significant changes in my strength and other? Regarding my legs, this is taken care off. Thanks guys!

Is it okay to do this workout twice a week? Lower back, erector spinae, upper and lower trapezius, triceps, rear delts, sufficient chest and latt work. The only thing done right is lateral/anterior delts and biceps. I don't even want to know your leg day
