Breakfast- 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 oz Unsalted almonds 1 cup skim milk (490 cal) Protein Bar (200 cal) Lunch- 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 oz Almonds, 1 serving of cucumber, 1 serving of celery. (450 cal) 2 Servings of veggies ( Cucumber and Celery) 50 cal Dinner- 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup cooked brown rice, 1 cup skim milk (690 cal) Total of 1,835 cal 3 servings of carbs 4 servings of Lean protein 2 servings of fats 4 servings of veggies I know there is not much variety, im okay with it.. im quite dedicated so getting bored of this plan is okay.. Are there to many carbs in my diet? if so what should i replace them with as i am cutting. This will only be my diet for about 5-6 weeks.

Is my cutting diet good? Im doing P90x atm, i cant wait for it to be over so i can start lifting again... i want to get down to about 8-9% bf first tho so i have a nice clean slate to start with
Is my cutting diet good? Im in my last 6 weeks or so of P90x and i want to get down to around 8-10% bf so i can bulk until i put on around 25 lbs, but it will be a long clean bulk to minimize fat gain.
Is my cutting diet good? IMO I suggest you bulk then cut if you are serious about lifting and working out. Right now is the time to bulk and then cut in the spring.
