Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? Yet you're still not half the man he is... You're just a smurf, he, on the other hand, is gimli.
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? That was the kinda the irony in the post dude xD dont worry i just turned 16 ill get to 5'9 soon
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? Stop with the ok's. I come on here to get advice and ask questions. And for all you people ruining that for me, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You all are a bunch of arrogant pricks. It's hard for beginners to come on here with serious questions (like me) and to have you all be douche bags about stuff like this. This is a forum, open to the teen public to ask questions and get information. 99% of the ****heads in the teen section are in their 20's and 30's. Get the **** out of here if you're going to do **** like this. And no, I'm 'not mad bro.'
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? Edit: you're so mad to make a paragraph explaining how you feel.
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? dude you pretty much answered your own question at the start. if you eat more calories than your body needs you will gain weight unless you have some sort of medical condition(which you dont)
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? Ok OP, I'll answer your question ... I'm a hard gainer, and the only way I managed to add muscle was by alternating deca and androl cycles, both with test obviously, so you see, we do exist. (not srs) It depends on genetics, hard gainers are usually people who are "gifted" with an absurdly high metabolism, ectomorphs. (srs) they just need much more calories than mesomorphs like me.
Is there REALLY such thing as a hard gainer? I totally agree with u mate, very pointless people coming on and just saying "ok" what's that about? Pathetic
