Is this a good 3 day split?? But when you just start out or not a "veteran" is when you should train more frequently. And why not hit biceps with back? Back workouts stimulate biceps. And if you don't know hitting a muscle 2 times a week is just hitting it again within a 7 day period.

Upper/rest/lower/rest/Upper/weekend off Push/rest/pull/rest/push/weekend off A/rest/B/rest/A/weekend off (Where A and B both have different exercises.. typically: 1 squatting movement, 1 upper body pushing movement, 1 pulling movement ).
