You'll need to consume a bit more calories perhaps less calories but more times a day in terms of frequency that you eat. Also -- have you considered maybe toning down the intensity of these workouts and combining two of them in one day? If you did that, you could exercise them more times than once a week, and you wouldn't need that much recover time either. Just my two cents though, it looks good either way keep us posted.
Does anybody have any feedback on this particular training routine? There are some very useful comments which is exactly what the forum is all about.
