      In terms of completeness he's way up there. Second only to Phil, I would say. His traps are his only weak body part.

      the mind-muscle connection to his lower back must be low compared to other areas

      if his only flaws is mediocre traps he's kinda in the lead of being the most complete athlete atm

      well what's your definition of complete?

      I don't see kai as complete because his back just looks really weird, lower back not that developed, his conditioning is not consistent, and his waist is often too thick

      I too just simply cant comprehend this.

      I also have to say he's the most complete.

      I feel it's kinda of ignorant to say "you're wrong" in a sport that is controlled by subjective judges
