My Maintence calories is 2720 calories im eating 3020 calories..but the days i go to the gym am i supposed to eat a bit more cuz you burn calories while lifting?
Lean Bulk If i'm in the gym for 1 hour and a half, I generally burn 400-600 calories. SO i make up for it.
Lean Bulk Don't call it a lean bulk, just call it a clean bulk, like it should be called. If it says to eat 3020 calories a day, and you go to the gym maybe burn around 500 calories, then really you only input 2520 calories, because the 500 burned was used for energy.
Lean Bulk You using any supplements? I find mass gainers are an excellent meal replacement and good way to get in some calories. 1 cup of rice cooked is like 600 calories milk has a lot of calories peanut butter theres actually a lot of foods.
Lean Bulk when doing a clean bulk (or any bulk for that matter) do calories really have to managed on a daily basis? instead of varying calories/day cant I just say ok I burn x calories in a week from lifting/cardio divide that by 7 and that to my daily total?
