      LOL, it's science to avoid Chinese food before bed.

      Link me to a study saying that eating "Chinese food" before going to bed is somehow bad.

      This is def not bro science. I definately have degrees in biology and exercise science and learned about nutrition for years and currently heading to medical school. I don't make this stuff up. Prove me wrong!

      These are tips to help people lose weight and fat. If you are trying to grow yes, you can do your own thing go ahead and eat MSG which is highly saturated sodium.

      GO ahead and eat these processed sugars before bed which will just leave you hungry and craving more

      and the list goes on

      Im talking about the MSG in chinese food. you can eat steamed vegetables but MSG is just bad especially right before bed
