      and why are you doing 25 reps.

      Probably 700+ People don`t care much about leg press so its hard to know the whats impressive.

      Haha, wow. That's like a 60% increase from 500...

      I really think that high reps (20+) on the leg press is an excellent way to grow your legs. I'm even considering going as high as 40 reps.

      thats not even a leg press machine lmao. i saw a 14 year old kid that weighed 120lbs put on 4 plates per side for 10 reps
