Well my buddy was tellin me today that working out your legs releases testosterone and somthing else i forgot, but he also said working your lower body help with the size of your you know what, i dont know if this is true but i thought id ask on here and see if he was lyin! lol i dont workout my legs but he said if i started i would see better gains in my upper body also from the extra stuff being released? any imput would help, thx

leg workouts release what??? Yes.. you're a male, testosterone helps with your whole being. But you need to do upper body exercises as well. Back, shoulders, arms, chest... squats helps strengthen your midsection but I'd add some ab/low back exercises as well.
