      Well my buddy was tellin me today that working out your legs releases testosterone and somthing else i forgot, but he also said working your lower body help with the size of your you know what, i dont know if this is true but i thought id ask on here and see if he was lyin! lol i dont workout my legs but he said if i started i would see better gains in my upper body also from the extra stuff being released? any imput would help, thx

      I'm only aware of testosterone production increasing due to squats.. other than that it also burns fat like a mofo.

      Yes.. you're a male, testosterone helps with your whole being.

      But you need to do upper body exercises as well. Back, shoulders, arms, chest... squats helps strengthen your midsection but I'd add some ab/low back exercises as well.

      The test released from squatting is very short lived, and as a result won't do much of anything for your upper body. There were a few studies done on this.

      its just some misinformation spread around, usually to get bros to train their chicken legs lol
