Truly the first time I hear of this, I have never actually made lemon water a good part of my routine but I surely think that some research on the matter will help someone see the way forward. The cleansing aspect of lemon water does not come as a suprise though, I heard that the natural acidity of lemon can also cleanse the skin from dead skin cells to lighten up facial complexion... I have tried this once but gave up quite quickly because the results were slow indeed.
Yes, not only it looks refreshing but IT IS refreshing. Perhaps, one of the most refreshing drinks that are at the same time healthy and full of vitamins. If someone is drinking Sprite then he could simply switch to carbonated water with lemon and get a similar taste while drinking something that is much more healthy.
I second that. I've also heard about these lemon water remedies and let me tell you, they help in nothing other than flavouring your water and providing you with the fruit's vitamin C and other nutrients. But you're supposed to use only a few drops which beats its nutritional value... I guess it also helps if you're looking for a non-caffeinated non-carbonated refreshment, e.g. in the middle of the summer without breaking your dietary regimen.
