      It definitely makes long works days and training after work much easier. Feelin' much better eating one or two large meals as 3 or more smaller
      ones that never leave you really full. Oh and liked your page.

      Thanks a bunch bros. Exactly, I work all day so it's nice to come home after a fasted workout and cardio to 2500 cals. Makes cutting so much easier bro
