if you want to get more toned just lift light weights for high reps aim for between 20-30 reps and you will be cut up in no time bro

if i start lifting light ill most likely go catabolic and lose a lot of muscle because of the calorie defecit and wont have sufficient necessities to repair the muscles, theyll be full to the brim with lactic acid on high reps =D , im trying to maintain high strength at the the same time as loosing dirty bodyfat

you don't need to change your routine when bulking or cutting. keep training for strength to maintain/gain on your lifts, you can still gain strength in a caloroc deficit.

how long would you expect a 17yr old with 18-22% bodyfat to get to 8-12% by doing , strength training 4 times a week, 15-30mins of cardio every day with a decent diet 250-500 calorie defecit ?
