You can do everything with a barbell so get creative.

Also, join a gym. Forget buying your own bench, using that money towards a membership will be much more beneficial for you.

well reading some stickies on this website is the first step in the right direction. If you want to put on a lot of mass I would recommend you join a gym, a simple set of dumbbells just won't cut it. As far as working chest, shoulders, traps (not neck) goes I would recommend doing a 4 day split and keeping all your lifts heavy (6-8 rep range)

You can get creative with your exercises, just make sure you get at least four different exercises in each day.
      Mon Chest/Tri
      Tues Back/Bi
      Wed Shoulders/Traps
      Thurs Legs/Calves
      Fri Misc
      Sat/Sun Rest

Two things most people get wrong starting out. Don't neglect legs, you will regret it in the long run. Also, if you think you're eating enough, you are not. You need to be eating 2600-3100 calories a day if you want to gain mass.

so you got to 315 deadlift after one week of lifting? take a video and i'll believe you lmao, no one deadlifts nearly 2.5x their bodyweight after a week of lifting.

read the stickies if you want help, everything is explained in there. to be truthful until you join a real gym, 20lb dumbells won't help you. I still don't believe you deadlift 315 and will not believe you deadlift 315 till I see a vid. I'll give you a week to get me a vid
