If you're getting stronger, you're getting bigger (aslong as you're on a caloric surplus)

bro, you squat 128, dead 168 and bench 85-100. Youre no where near strong.

Size comes from getting strong and eating more, its simple.

whos most likely gonna be bigger, someone benching 60kg 3x5, or someone benching 100kg 1x5?

Focus on getting stronger and eating more, the mass will come.

For 2 years your 65kg with those lifts, its quite pathetic to be honest (no hate).

All my lifts are in KG?

Well people down my gym must be weak as **** then haha...
Also in the two years training i have only spent 6 months so far in a surplus calories, for a year i didnt count and yoyoed every day, and then i went on a cut...Now bulking

Ill have a look at 5x5, im no admired by it as i like high volume so may stick to 5/3/1 so i can do a few more other lifts...

yes i know all your lifts are in kg, its still pathetic.

if you are not going to listen and take advice that will get you bigger and stronger faster then what was the point of making this thread?

5/3/1 is very very slow progress. Do you know what happens when you have a calorie surplus and dont get much stronger? you get fat. Sure your workout might be higher volume, but its high volume with very light weight.

Texas is more volume, the 5x5 days are f*cking hard to get through.
