Hi all,I've just started incorporating flaxseed in my diet(adding to protein shakes) just wondered how many others are using it and in what amounts? Anybody seeing the benifits? I'm using 100g per day
Milled Flaxseed* i use a heaped teaspoon in each shake, great for extra fibre if you are doing low carb

Milled Flaxseed* It's the only thing worth buying from Holland and Barratt in my experience. About £5.50 for 500g branded version. If anyone knows anywhere cheaper let me know! I go for the one with added pumpkin seeds, sesame and goji berries. A heaped table spoon twice a day in either a yogurt or and a shake is lurvvverly.
Milled Flaxseed* Tesco do the linwoods 1kg milled flex for less than £5. I got them there last week beside the ceareal
