Most effective 5x5 workout no one program is more effective than the other. effectiveness is determined by the individual and how much sacrifice, determination, dedication, and intensity that individual decides to bring to his workouts. And really bro, truth is, just about every program out there contains the same exercises. You cant switch out the compound movements. They work. Sure some other programs will have maybe a little different isolation exercise if any, but in the end, they are all identical and similar.
