My diet plan AFTER READING THE STICKIES hmmm nooo i was told if i eat that much meals my matblism will be fast
My diet plan AFTER READING THE STICKIES you multiply your bmr by 1.5, which would be 2784. a lb drop every week would need a 500 cal deficit per day, which puts you at ~2280 cals a day. set protein to 1g/BW (usually per BW for cut, and per LBM for bulk) set fat to .45g/LBM fill excess calories with any variation of macros which allows you to also reach your micronutrient needs. try to set diet to consist of mostly whole, minimally processed foods. meal timing/frequency is irrelevant in terms of body composition, so eat when you want. it's not necessary to eat 5-7 times a day unless that's what you want to do and it will keep you on your diet plan
My diet plan AFTER READING THE STICKIES ok so eating so many meals is irrelevant :/ and i should eat when i am hungry how much meals u prefer rob2093124
My diet plan AFTER READING THE STICKIES Seriously lacking in the micronutrient department....defiantly need to get that straightened out
My diet plan AFTER READING THE STICKIES read my previous post. nope, you don't. all the BS like, "eating too much protein at one sitting isn't good", "more meals boosts metabolism", "your body can't process all the nutrients when eating 1-2 large meals" are simply not true. eat when you are hungry, or develop a plan that fits your lifestyle. a lot of those claims are rooted from supplement companies trying to make money
My diet plan AFTER READING THE STICKIES it depends on your definition of a "meal". i fast all day and eat all my calories/macros within a few hours after i get home from my workout. fits my schedule. allows me to stay satiated through the day without needing to stop what i'm doing to eat.
