My Tricep routine too much? If you do skullcrushers and overhead one arm triceps dumbbell extensions with your flat press/incline press/decline press (or flies every other week) chest routine for chest/tri day, the only other advice I could give you would be genetics or diet lol...the OATDE's absolutely blew the back of my arms up QUICK.
