My video series Exactly what I need on these vids! Some decent criticism! Yes buddy I can see how that would come across I will try and be abit more specific in future for sure. Saying that, the only whole grain cereal that is decent on its own without a fat source imo for energy through the insulin index and GL is oats which I do mention lol. Literally mostly anything elce that is low fat and based around high carb grain does spike insulin a fair degree. Which has a pretty quick reduction in GB and thus a crash. I really like the idea of decent macro balance in most meals.
