Need some advice for fitting in all my protein Not really sure about your case. However, a pre-workout shake isnt really necessary. If its the combination of pre-workout and protein that is causing the headache, you might want to ditch the protein shake and just take the pre-workout. Then after, take your post workout if it doesnt bug you.

The whole problem is I am trying to hit 250 grams of protein, still be able to take my pre-workout shake and stay around 1800-2000 calories.
