Hey guys im new to bodybuilding and i need some advice I started working out at May but i ve grown just a bit.After that short period of growth my arms and chest wont grow anymore I work out every 2nd day I do biceps 5x12 with 16.5 kg,shoulders 5x12 with 11.5kg and 6x30 push ups The day after my recovery period i do 4x15 triceps,4x12 forearms and 6x30 push ups Plus i got a lil bit of fat/skin in my belly which ive been fighting 3 years to get rid of? You guys have any ideas on what im doin wrong ? Also whats the problem with my stubborn belly ? I ve also attached a picture of me Thanks!
Need some help There's stickies at the top that should set you straight on just about everything you need to know, Your routine is bad....verrry bad, and the problem with your "stubborn belly" is your diet. The saying abs are made in the kitchen is verry true. Any specific questions, feel free to ask.
Need some help Well after being dissapointed with the results im currently on a calorie deficit to help shed off belly fat quicker i keep my calories under 1800 a day
