Personally, I started my fitness journey with running. I really enjoyed it, plus I loooved being outdoors! I think it's really important that you find something that you know that you will love doing, and stick to that routine. Maybe amp them up a bit every once in a while, keep the thrill building up so you'd enjoy it even more. It will really depend on you! Is it okay if I ask for your stats? That way I'd be able to suggest a type of workout that will work best to meet your goals :)

Find a running buddy! I used to run and take my dog with me. Made the run extra fun! :)

Also, I highly suggest HIIT exercises! They're a total body fat killer. You'll see results quicker compared to just regular cardio.

What is the best way to lose weight around your waist as quickly as possible? Would sit-ups every day help to lose this weight and tone muscles around my waist?

One bit of advice I would give is get a training routine together ASAP and stick to it.

Get something to start you off and then you can always change and adjust as and when required. The trick is to start getting yourself into some kind of training routine.

Hello Trapchic, welcome to the forum. I just register, so I am also new here. I also love deadlifts and squats, but bench-press is my favorite exercise. :)

Hey Trapchic. Are you using protein to supplement your diet after your workout sessions? It would certainly help with recovery and boost your immune system.*
