Hypertrophy Upper. Bench press 3x8 DB BenchPress 3x8 Military Presses 3x8 Lateral Raises 3x8 Facepulls 3x8 (rest 5mins) Lat Pulldowns 3x8 T-Bar rows 3x8 Hypertrophy Lower + Arm and traps. New routine. Put the arm and trap work from upper hypertrophy day onto lower hypertrophy day. Possobly add in some quad extensions as well. Or do a proper begginer routine

New routine. Not bad but Im still training only for strength and my lifts are all more than twice yours
New routine. Well you only have 4 exercises on lower hypertrophy day and 8 on upper so it makes sense to move some of the volume to the other day
