      Sup guise. New routine. inb4 do a proper beginner routine.
      Bench 110lbs
      Squat 130lbs
      Deadlift 170lbs

      Strength + Hypertrophy.

      Strength Days. Mon + Wed
      Hypertrophy days Fri + Sun.

      Strength Upper.

      Bench Press 3x5
      Military Press 3x5
      (rest 5min)
      Deadlift 3x5
      Preacher Curls 3x5
      Tricep pushdowns 3x5

      Strength Lower.

      Squats 3x5
      Hamstring curls 3x5
      Leg Presses 3x5.
      SLDL 3x5.
      Calve Raises 3x5.

      Hypertrophy Upper.

      Bench press 3x8
      DB BenchPress 3x8
      Military Presses 3x8
      Lateral Raises 3x8
      Facepulls 3x8
      (rest 5mins)
      Lat Pulldowns 3x8
      T-Bar rows 3x8

      Hypertrophy Lower + Arm and traps.

      Squats 3x8
      Leg Presses 3x8
      Hamstring Curls 3x8
      Calve Raises 3x8
      Shrugs 3x8
      Bicep and tricep work 3x8

      Constructive criticism pls.

      New routine.

      Put the arm and trap work from upper hypertrophy day onto lower hypertrophy day. Possobly add in some quad extensions as well.

      Or do a proper begginer routine

      Not too bad for a 158lbs, yes? no?

      I know there's a saying "With strength come hypertrophy" but I'd like to do both now.

      Read signature. I made a bet, can't lose.

      Routine is not too bad tho?

      Not bad but Im still training only for strength and my lifts are all more than twice yours

      Well you only have 4 exercises on lower hypertrophy day and 8 on upper so it makes sense to move some of the volume to the other day

      Yeah, but our goals are different. I might go all out on strength next year though.
