New routine. I did it for a month (srs) and I'm still doing heavy compound movements on strength day. I'll do it again next year, and I already did the mistake of dirty bulking. I'll concentrate on getting on bet done and over with. Very important to me brah.

You think you wont gain strength by progressively overloading 3x12? Just do babylovers SS, eat more. Youll look way better with some more muscle and strength.
