New routine. Looking aesthetic and benching at least 70kg squatting at least 90kg and deadlifting at least 110kg. If I lose I'll lose all my pride and have to stop training for 3months (srs)
New routine. You can do bicep work in bl ss. Do trap work if you want. But heavy deadlifts are one of the best trap builders
New routine. You do realize it's impossible to become even remotely aesthetic in 5 months right? Especially with those lifts.
