My dad bought Reflex 75% protein powder, don't say get a new one because they are TWO huge tubs one chocolate flavor (which I drank yesterday) and one strawberry which is still sealed. He bought them for like £60 so I can't face him and say they're sick!!

Anyway, Protein Powder + Water = Bleugh!

What if I add less water and extra cocoa powder that isn't protein by the way to the mix? Would that ruin the whole purpose of the powder??

How much water/protein powder are you using?

Try; using less water, using milk instead of water, adding PB, adding fruit...

They call it Reflex 75% protein powder because it triggers your gag reflex.

I just made one now and I didn't have any cocoa powder but in stead added 250ML water (reccomended = 300ML) and two scoops of Protein Powder (25G)

      Hmm, Peanut Butter... Sounds interesting!

Oh and Coffee, added one small teaspoon of decaff coffee to the mix, this has made it taste better IMO but still not delicious!

No, it's not easy to fill my protein requirement every day unfortunately because I'm not the one buying the shopping and we can't have steak/meat every lunch and dinner.

I don't know how to explain it, basically it's just hard so protein powder is my only choice.

I'll add milk in stead but 300ML of it (I use soymilk because regular milk gives me spots sometimes!) seems like a lot and it would finish it all!

I rarely have the need to use more than one scoop in a shake at a time, but I generally use 150ml of water max with my shakes and they mix fine and don't taste like murkey water. I've never tried the brand you posted, but unfortunately some protein powders just taste like crap!

Dayum, I have to live with this Protein Powder for 2 years judging by the tub sizes! I thought adding two scoops in stead of 1 puts more flavor into it? I just followed the label
