No rest sessions are great for when you do not have enough time and you are in a rush. I did a no rest session on Wednesday, it's basically a circuit with no rest between sets. Pizza plate press Plate rows Plate lat raises Plate hammer curls Close grip push ups That is 1 set and I do 4 sets. I used the plates because it's quick and easy. I pressed and pulled a 20kg plate, hammer curls and lat raises with 5kg plates. Finished in 15 minutes!
