      Until i workout more, i cannot do p90x as my legs cramp and i cant get a good balance for some reason, i just end up raging...
      Looking for alternative home workouts for getting defined abs in the shortest amount of time..

      lol hard at this.
      i know that rage feeling, i had the same feeling when i tryed to do oblique exercises and i got them right in one side, but when i tried the other side i wouldn't be able to do them lmao

      never considered p90x tho

      was a fat, lazy, nevermove****, lost a **** ton of weight and now im trying my best and going to the gym giving it my all, not sure why this is so hard for me but yea, looking for alternatives not hate.
