You obviously came here expecting us to tell you what you want to hear, and not the truth which is deal with it and either hit the gym hard like the rest of us or do p90x, good job on losing weight which is half the battle though

No i came here expecting good alternative ab workout routines
i do hit the gym alot and go as hard as anyone else, just because i might not have the strength of most people on here, doesnt mean im not trying just as hard, and i did lose alot of weight

unless you have some serious issues that you aren't telling us and no being fat doesn't count, then go bust a move

Your trying to move to quick is what I think, its takes time to build a good physique, just go hard at the gym until you have the endurance and strength to do the p90x *which by that time youll prob find your own alternative methods*

my brother who weighed 350 pounds at the time finished all 3 months of p90x and lost about 80 pounds

seeing as you don't have any medical problems you just aren't pushing yourself and thats mental
