      I am moving really quick but isnt that a good thing?

      Ok really, congrats for you and your bro, but im js if im that unfit that im getting leg cramps doing p90x from the start that pretty much stop me from lifting my legs when im giving it my all to try, how am i suppose to do it..

      go walk / jog outside for 30 mins a day, maybe some pushups or situps

      may sound like im being mean but honestly p90x is where a lot of people start off endurance wise and if u cant do it then start out doing what i said above

      Rather you tell me things like this than tell me how some 200 year old grandma can do this, but alright

      I do excersise and have my fair share of cardio, and arms/chest is ussually too sore to do pushups

      I did P90x a long time ago. I can tell you that running 2 miles in under 17-18 minutes is just as good a form of cardio as "Cardio X".
      You don't have to do this P90X, plenty of other ways to get abs if thats what you want.
