After each rep you do at the gym , you feel pain after a certain rep. I put my mindset into ''monster mode'' which made all pain go away and i can do way more reps. i feel like i went crazy but it makes my workouts ten times better, you have to put yourself in the mindset that pain is temporary and you have to sacrifice the normal to ignore pain. i feel like an animal but i wanna go intense and lift like crazy. anybody understand me?
Pain is an illusion. OP come back when you have tried to squat 455+lbs for 10 and tell us all about this "monster mode" you go into.
Pain is an illusion. I wish i had the genetics to do that now. but im small 5'11 170. but ill work my ****ing ass off to get there!
Pain is an illusion. I like your attitude, just saying that the stronger you get the harder it is to push past that pain threshold. It's ez when you are relatively new to training. Once you start hitting big weights you will see what that pain threshold really is.
