      Places to eat out as a bodybuilder!?

      As already mentioned, any good restaurant should be able to accommodate you.

      My favourite is Gaucho.

      I was very disappointed with Jamie's kitchen.... Over priced rubbish!!

      Good shout on Nandos and Gaucho. Pretty much any restaurant has steak and chicken on the menu so I just ask them to replace the chips, onion rings, fried potatos etc with salad and/or green veg. Most are happy to oblige as it's no skin of their nose to keep the customer happy and they'll have many more customers with weird dietary requirments than a bodybuilder!

      Only place I ever really struggle to stay strict is at an Indian/Thai/Chinese but even then there are plenty of options to see you thru without too much negative impact. It's just more tempting to deviate from the path to glory!

      Nandos for me and this friday at tgi fridays i had two chicken breasts and a good portion of brocolli peppers and green beans.

      I dont go there very often but liked their seabass and steak tho
