Post you heaviest lifts ITT Age: 19 Height: 5'6 Weight: 133 How long been lifting: 3 years Bench: 145x5 Deadlift: 275x5 Squat: 170x5 Additional information: Since those 3 years I've gained 54 pounds, stayed under 15% BF. Progress got majorly stalled for months from Tendonitis in both shoulders and ripped scar tissue in right shoulder cage.
