      Was interested to see how well i compare to people in TB.

      Height: 5'6
      Weight: 133
      How long been lifting: 3 years
      Bench: 145x5
      Deadlift: 275x5
      Squat: 170x5

      Additional information:

      Since those 3 years I've gained 54 pounds, stayed under 15% BF.

      Progress got majorly stalled for months from Tendonitis in both shoulders and ripped scar tissue in right shoulder cage.

      Weight:158
      How long: ON and off for about 8 months, more seriously in the last 2-3 months.
      Bench 112x5 (lol)
      Deadlift: 190x5
      Squat: 167x5

      All my lifts are terrible. Nutrition is important kids.

      Bench not sure 300-320
      Squat 405 for an easy single probably 435 max
      Clean 235 but I rarely do them could probably do 275 if I perfected form
      Don't deadift yet
