      Is your surplus at about 500 or so?

      I would call you dead lifts 5X1 if you need that long of a rest. Maybe slightly lower the weight? Yeah, you should change it up and experiment to see which gives you the best gains.

      Should I consider deloading? I am not sure how the percents work and all that.

      Ok, I see what works on the deadlifts then, Ill look at the 200-230 range. Also what could I change?

      Not if you've already done it recently.
      Eat more, correct that form, try adding accessory exercises.

      OH FORM! Haha, I almost forgot about that, I believe I am straying on the form and should probably take a rest day to load up some light weights and examine that... :p and can you name some accessory exercises? I dont know what those are? I was also reading that other post, I think the rows may not be a bad idea, because I found them in MadCow's program as well, could anyone please describe whats best? Front or back hand grip on the bar when doing those? I also dont really know how to do those correctly either, there seems to be many "correct" variations on youtube, and as a total NEWB to rowing, i am confused on that.
