      Rate my transformation out of 10

      I would say that the progress could have been better, but I definitely see a difference. 7/10

      Dude, don't worry about cutting or bulking or any fancy sh!t. Just eat an excess that doesn't make you fat and lift hard between 6-12 reps per set. You'll get good gainz i swear! after you get some more muscle on ya you can worry about ketatonic, mezmorphic, trex-onic, whatever-the-phuckic type of cut/dreamer bulk you want.

      edit: sorry if that sounded condescending, i am proud of your obvious gains so far
