Hey what is the optimal amount of rest you should have between sets? And does the rest between exercises count? Asking this because I practically killed my legs on the last set of hack squats and I took a6 minute break. This was on hypertrophy day btw Thanks

rest I rest at max about a minute and thirty seconds between sets. I refuse to lose my pump in a workout
rest 90 seconds is at max its normally around 45 seconds to a minute and in my workout I dont ever take longer then 90 seconds without doing a set or excercise, why the **** would you? Like I said I REFUSE to lose my pump im almost paranoid of it
