rest I normally go back at it when I feel like I have my power back and im not tired and still have that lactic acid build up. Normally it's about 2 minutes. if I do my workout, then wait like 45 seconds, and go back at it I can only get like 4 reps because im still weak and stuff.
rest I see no reason whatsoever to take a whole five minute break in ur workout, why the hell would you do that?
