      I'm nearly finished my 1st cycle of 2ml test e and 2ml deca per for 10 weeks. How long do I leave it till my next cycle could I go on a cut straight away and what's should I go on for my next cycle made good gains on the 1st one but nothing crazy.

      Thanks in advance any help much appricated:)

      How much mg of each compound did you run? It does no good mentioning how many ml you took when you don`t know the dosage of your gear mate.

      Hmmm deca for ur first cycle, brave, as for time off ppl normally do time on = time off plus pct

      Just do it all in one day mate no need to split long ester test into 2 jabs. So thats 500mg Test and 400mg Deca good on ya for doing it on your first cycle mate.

      Cheers mate I loved every min of it lol had no side effects can't wait to get onto my second 1 keeps me focused and diet right. What u guys recon for my next one. Heard a few talking about clen aswell

      Try a Test cycle for 12-15 weeks with a oral kickstart like 800mg Test with 40mg Dbol first 6 weeks.

      Test 800mg week 1-15

      Dbol 40mg week 1-6
