Absolutely, I'd love to share my fitness journey with everyone! Here’s a look at my current workout routine, goals, and recent progress: Current Workout Routine Pull-Ups: 3 sets to failure Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 10-12 reps Squats: 4 sets of 8-10 reps Deadlifts: 4 sets of 8-10 reps Leg Press: 3 sets of 10-12 rep 30 minutes HIIT on the treadmill Planks: 3 sets of 60 seconds Russian Twists: 3 sets of 20 reps Leg Raises: 3 sets of 15 reps Recent Progress and Milestones Milestones: Recently hit a new PR on my deadlift: 315 lbs for 5 reps! Improved my squat depth significantly, hitting parallel consistently. Completed my first 10K run without stopping. Progress: Gained 5 lbs of muscle over the past 3 months while maintaining the same body fat percentage. Increased my endurance, now able to perform HIIT cardio sessions without feeling overly fatigued. Noticed significant improvements in flexibility and mobility, which has helped prevent injuries. It's been an exciting journey with ups and downs, but staying consistent and setting clear goals has kept me motivated. I'd love to hear about everyone else's routines and goals! Let's keep pushing each other towards our fitness aspirations.
I'm really interested in hearing more about your workout routines and the progress you've made. How long did it take for you to get into the groove of your routine and see some real progress? Did you face any challenges when starting out, and how did you overcome them? Any tips for someone trying to establish a consistent workout habit would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
