      I was thinking of getting some new york pizza, there's one by my house and like it there more than other places cause you can actually see the pizza being made. and as you know I'm a skinny ****, normally i have cheat meals like once a month but small ones. so should i or shaint? cause i'm craving the **** out of one. and if it fits your macros is it still a cheat meal? 0_o

      You don't need to worry about cheat meals if you're as skinny as you say. Eat food, don't worry what it is

      LOL i think the reason skinny people like me stay skinny is cause were afraid were gonna get fat, or cheating our nutrition.
      plus i don't wanna end up eating pizza everyday hahaa

      2 slices comes out to like 600 calories, 26 grams of protein, 24 grams of fat, 68 grams of fat. i don't wanna end up devouring the whole pizza lol

      You are 5' 3". You are a buck twenty.

      You should be growing like a weed if you are still young enough.

      Yet you are worrying about stupid stuff like restricting calories. That will keep you short and light.

      You should eat enough protein, and a big enough calorie SURPLUS, and plenty of healthy fats like in dairy and eggs, to grow muscle and a bigger skeleton.

      Restricting calories while you should be growing is RETARDED.

      Once a month???????

      You need to eat a surplus EVERY DAY, and train progressively until you are decently big, unless you want to stay small and weak for the rest of your life.

      i know. k ima buy this ****in pizza, im starving like a fat boy on broccoli. should i eat it like post workout or anytime during the day?
