I have often thought of keeping a fitness/training diary so that I can look back in the future and see how things worked out. After I see an initial reduction in my body fat and weight I think this will give me the motivation to go further. However, I have found it difficult in the past to make the first step.

Training to tone your body and reduce your fat content is fine, but unless you take a record of your progress how can you look back and see where you started from? Keeping a simple diary should one day make some great reading for you!

Would members find it useful to have a diary system on the forum which would allow individual members to track their training and their progress?

I would find an online training diary system very useful especially if it was mobile compatible.
