      Should i starve myself?

      if you starve yourself or go zero carb then wont you just balloon when you get on your hols or are you going to be as strict with you diet whilst you are away?

      Wile i am away i am doing to eat clean 80% of the time and 20% of the eat what the hell i want. I will also be drinking!

      i say f.uck off all the starving and cardio and get eating. Put some size and fullness on in those 3 weeks.

      Yeah i have been dieting for many many weeks dude! I deffo do not want to look like **** wile i am out on holiday. maybe i should just be happy with what i have got. Diet hard etc but throw in a few snickers bars or somthing to prepare my body! lol

      What size are your arms out of interest honestly think you look more than cut dude. Plus you're natural? Thats pretty impressive to be fair..
