      my trainer giv me a list but it only train a muscle once a week ..

      Monday :
      Chest
      BB bench press 4x8
      Incline BB press 4x8
      Dumbell Flys 4x8

      Deltoids
      dumbbell shoulder press 4x8
      dumbbell front raise 4x8
      dumbbell upright row 4x8
      dumbbell later raise 4x8

      Triceps
      Close grip Bench Press 4x8
      dumbbell overhead extension 3x8
      bench Dips without weight 2xFailure

      Tuesday :
      Back
      Bent over DB row 4x8
      bent over barbell row 4x8
      deadlift 3x8

      Biceps
      Standing BB curl 3x6
      hammer curl 4x8
      Concentration Curl 4x8

      Wednesday : Rest Day

      Thurday :
      Quads
      Squat 4x8
      One leg dumbbell split squat 3x8

      Hamstring / glutes
      Lunges 4x8
      Straight leg deadlift 4x8

      Friday :
      Shoulders
      dumbbell shoulder press 4x8
      dumbbell front raise 4x8
      dumbbell upright row 4x8
      dumbbell later raise 4x8

      Calves
      One leg standing calf raises 4x12
      Seated calf raise 3x12

      Abs : Mon , Wed , Fri 5x50

      is it ok to just follow it? or i do my upper , lower split thats train a muscle twice a week?

      do not listen to your PT most are Bros. I ve actually never met a pt who is not a bro. i wasted so much time listening to one who put me on a bro split same as that one u listed. do an upper / lower or any high frequency routine and DO NOT get this guy as ur pt!

      As a trainer myself, this split is ****.
      In my opinion you are just slowing down progress by using the typical bb split. Higher frequency is what I always recommend to newbies and more experienced people alike. I generally just put them on a standard upper/lower or fullbody 3x a week. Then from there the volume/accessory lifts can be added/modified

      Edit: and punch him in the face.
