I ve actually never met a pt who is not a bro. i wasted so much time listening to one who put me on a bro split same as that one u listed. do an upper / lower or any high frequency routine and DO NOT get this guy as ur pt!

Higher frequency is what I always recommend to newbies and more experienced people alike. I generally just put them on a standard upper/lower or fullbody 3x a week. Then from there the volume/accessory lifts can be added/modified Edit: and punch him in the face. "Work deltoids 2x a week but no other musclegroup HUEHUEHUEHUEHUEHUE"
