      Been looking at some articles into it. It looks pretty cool. Im currently cutting so its perfect for me to start.

      What are your thoughts on it?

      Anything i should be aware of? i read somewhere that i should dring BCAA'S so i dont lose muscle while im working out because i haven't eaten anything?

      Some people choose to workout fasted so the BCAA's help keep you anabolic. And as far as BCAA's i love Xtend.

      If you want to make it slower, but keep your strength more, then do it.

      It's debatable. If you want to play it safe use the BCAAs pre and post workout. Some people say it's not necessary if you eat enough protein during your feeding window because it will still be digesting and in your system, anyway.

      cant afford it atm, but i do have whey protein powder as a post workout which includes some bcaa's.

      why would i need to make it slower? ISnt it just fastin while still in a calorie deficit?

      The idea behind leangains is a cyclical diet with +20% on training days and -20% on non-training days, recomp basically, and naturally it occurs slow as ass.

      There's not enough evidence to support the idea that fasting is somehow beneficial to fat loss (might be wrong tho lol, at least it's not beneficial for muscle gain). Do it if you want, some people just feel like crap while fasting every day. Just a plain old caloric deficit might be better.

      Drink alot of water or you'll die if you do it.
